About My Clients

Trust & authenticity are the foundation of our journey together. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen & safe to explore who you are & how you move through the world. Regardless of your experience, I’m here to help you make sense of it all & move toward healing. Working across all ages & w/ specialized training in child-centered play therapy, I’m here to offer the guidance and support you or your family needs to navigate healing & wholeness in life.

My Background and Approach

As your therapist, I work to support your awareness, by creating a safe container for you to explore the world you are living in today. You deserve to be in this moment, aware and ready for each choice you must make. I might ask, "how does your breath feel in your body right now?" or "say to yourself what you are aware of now." Since we function more mindfully when we access our awareness and support, it only makes sense to increase these resources together as you work to maximize your health and wellbeing. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Pre-professional Art Therapy. My training is informed by two humanistic approaches: gestalt therapy and child-centered play therapy. Most of my clinical experience has been with neurodivergent folks, those with anxiety or mood-related disorders, and those with post-traumatic stress disorder. You are doing the best you can, today, with the resources you have available to you. I can be a resource too.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about working with young adults from marginalized communities, particularly those intersecting with the LGBTQIA+ community. I hope to partner with my queer clients as they process through various different stages of their lives and identities. Identity is a common theme in therapeutic work, an area of discovery that is difficult to explore at times due to cultural discrimination and prejudice. It is my personal goal to support the multidimensional life experiences and cultural identities that my clients hold. These include race, ethnicity, disability/ability, sexual/affectional, gender, religious, socioeconomic, and other diverse identities.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following

  • Atheism
  • Buddhism
