About My Clients

My clients are high-achieving women and first responders who are ready to face what’s holding them back. They’re tired of people-pleasing, self-doubt, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Whether they’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, they’re ready for deep healing and lasting change. If you're ready to rewrite your story and feel empowered, you’re in the right place.

My Background and Approach

I’m an EMDR Consultant, EMDR-certified therapist and co-founder of EMDR Transformations Counseling, where we specialize in trauma-focused care for individuals, couples, and first responders. My work is grounded in EMDR therapy and integrative approaches that help clients process painful memories, shift limiting beliefs, and reclaim their voice. Our team understands the unique cultural pressures facing first responders and the deep emotional patterns high-achieving women often carry. I bring a relational, compassionate, and practical lens to therapy—empowering you to heal not just past wounds, but to also build the future you truly want. Therapy isn’t just about getting unstuck—it’s about transformation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centered. Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens in community, with safety, and through honest connection. I’m passionate about breaking generational cycles, challenging systems that cause harm, and supporting people in stepping into their power. I’m deeply committed to trauma-informed care and advocate for mental health accessibility—especially for women, first responders, BIPOC individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I support social justice movements, believe Black Lives Matter, and stand for equity in mental health and beyond. I also believe you don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Wanting more out of life—better communication, deeper self-worth, or more purpose—is reason enough. You deserve to thrive, not just survive.
