As a gay and mixed therapist, I love working with LGBTQ+ persons dealing with managing their emotions. In therapy I prioritize being open minded & non judgmental. This style of therapy helps you improve boundary setting, acknowledge your past traumas, and how to become a better you. After a few sessions you’ll see a vast improvement in your depression and anxiety.
