About My Clients

I specialize in working with the following concerns: pregnancy & postpartum, infertility, grief & loss, trauma (direct and vicarious), anxiety, neurodivergence (adult ADHD/autism), and parenting. I use an affirming and trauma-informed approach, drawing from a range of techniques to suit your individual needs.

My Background and Approach

My clients describe me as relatable, transparent, and supportive. My approach is free of judgment, creating a safe space for personal exploration. Something to know about my approach is I expect you to take this process as seriously as I do and will hold you accountable each step of the way. I’ll also encourage you to lean on your own strengths and experiences to use on our journey toward growth. Together, we will work on the things you bring to session. I value your individual needs and will help you navigate the challenges you face in a realistic manner. I will look to you when forming goals and encourage you to continuously assess progress made.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My first experience with counseling was as a client, giving me a different perspective to my role as a therapist – I know how hard it can be to take the first step in asking for help. As a volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, I understand how grief and loss can be uncomfortable to talk about in today’s world. I work to break the status quo about the grief process (that doesn’t look like stages) and help you navigate your feelings.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
