My Background and Approach
Drawing from a diverse background, I integrate various therapeutic approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques.
