I work with people from all walks of life, and specialize in working with women struggling with infertility, miscarriage, and pre/postnatal issues.
My Background and Approach
I work with you to tailor a plan that meets your specific needs. If you're up for it, we can dive into the past and find out how it influences you today. We will look at patterns and boundaries to unearth the relationship dynamics you want to strengthen and the ones you want to drop like a bad habit. We will work to discover how to adapt all those critical thoughts and find new ways of coping that don't involve Ben and Jerrys, a glass of wine, or even an Amazon shopping cart.

I believe you are worthy of space and time. Sharing your inner world with someone else is not always easy, and it has been my honor to walk along side clients and support them as they navigate a path towards a brighter future.
