About My Clients

I’ve worked extensively with teens and adults facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem. Many of my clients tend to intellectualize their emotions, and together we work on finding balance, helping you move beyond overthinking to connect more deeply with your feelings. I’m also trained to support couples and families navigating communication issues, trust concerns, or emotional disconnection, guiding you toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My Background and Approach

I use a somatic and experiential approach, which means I focus on the deep connection between the mind and body. By creating a safe space for clients to fully experience their emotions, I guide them through the process of healing, growth, and self-discovery, whether they’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues. I also incorporate parts work, helping you understand and develop compassion for the different parts of yourself, so you can find more balance and peace. As a trauma conscious therapist, my goal is to make therapy approachable, providing an inclusive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that when I show up authentically in therapy, it encourages clients to do the same, creating the trust and openness needed for real progress.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that even in life’s toughest moments, you have the ability to heal, grow, and find your way forward, and therapy can help you tap into that strength. I'm passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health because I believe that asking for help should feel empowering, not intimidating. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story and finding the support you need. I also love learning and growing myself. Whether it’s attending new trainings or workshops, I’m always looking for ways to improve what I can offer my clients. I believe that embracing lifelong learning—both in and out of the therapy room—helps me bring a fresh, well-rounded perspective to the support I offer, so I can tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that we all deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.
