I have expertise in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and many more. I am a somatic trauma therapist and have extensive training and background in body-oriented approaches, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I also have training and offer ketamine-assisted therapy and integration services. I offer individual and group services online. Thank you for your time!
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and hold a Master's in Counseling with an emphasis in somatic psychology from Prescott College. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic psychotherapy, somatic touch therapy, and trauma-informed yoga. I have extensive experience in individual and group psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. I have worked in residential treatment and private practice settings. In 2015 I completed a year-long training in somatic touch therapy at the Somatic Therapy Institute. I have 20-plus years of personal experience with vipassana meditation and advanced training and experience in integrating meditation and mindfulness into a clinical setting. In 2012 I completed the Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga teacher training. I have training in psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration work from Polaris Insight and Fluence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Keely's approach is client-centered, meeting the clients where they are at therapeutically. Keely has a self-directed approach, allowing the clients to find their own inner healing intelligence through self-inquiry, following “the gradient of energy” or aliveness” through emotions, sensations, and thoughts. “What am I naturally curious about?” “What brings me energy?” These are areas the therapist and client can explore together if they so choose.
