The healing journey is difficult to undertake. Deciding on a therapist can be hard. If you need structure but know life may require other levels of support, I can help you out. Issues related to work stress, life stress, and big life transitions are normal things to see a therapist about. I have experience with work race-based trauma, LGBTQIA+-based trauma as well as Veteran based trauma.

My goal would be to provide you with education and tools to help you heal. I am trained in CBT and CBT for insomnia, DBT, Mindfulness all of which I combine in my treatment approach.
