About My Clients

My ideal client seeks understanding and growth, and may be grappling with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or identity exploration. If you're seeking a non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and emotions, aiming for self-awareness, healing, and effective coping, we may be a good fit for therapy. Motivated by a desire to help my clients live authentically and thrive, I value therapy as a path to personal transformation.

My Background and Approach

My journey began with a degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, followed by several impactful years working full-time with teens and young adults experiencing homelessness, providing case management services. Now, I am advancing my expertise as I pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University’s Seattle campus. Let’s work together to navigate your path to wellness and growth. I practice a client-centered, integrative approach, respecting clients as experts in their own lives. My style is direct yet warm, drawing from theories like attachment theory, internal family systems, and somatic theory. This approach allows me to meet diverse client needs and create a collaborative environment for healing and growth.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
