My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Rooted in a humanistic and feminist perspective, I see people as a whole, not just a diagnosis. As an LGBTQ+-affirming, trauma-informed, and secular therapist, I provide a safe, inclusive space for healing. I know firsthand that growth can feel daunting, but I also know healing is possible. Setting boundaries is hard, and facing anxiety is uncomfortable, but you don’t have to do it alone. With the right support, you can overcome these obstacles and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentically yours.
