My Background and Approach
I provide therapy virtually for individuals and couples. Depending on your needs I use a combination of insight therapy, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help navigate these difficulties and decrease feelings of shame, guilt, and loneliness. Deciding to pursue therapy can be a difficult decision. I am committed to walking with you on this journey of healing and self-discovery. I offer appointments through video/telehealth.
