I’m queer. I swear a lot. I love documentaries, true crime, and all things Bigfoot. Therapy with me is supportive and judgment-free.

About My Clients

Does your mind ever feel like it won’t stop? You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and feel stuck in patterns of overwhelm and disconnection. I work with anxious overthinkers who feel paralyzed by self-doubt, guilt, and fear of conflict. Together, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and build tools to help you pause, reflect, and respond in ways that feel aligned. Therapy can help you find clarity, connection, and the relief you’ve been craving.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps process and heal past experiences. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, build self-trust, and advocate for themselves. My approach is affirming and collaborative, considering more than just symptoms. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life now, alongside past experiences, key relationships, and larger cultural influences, to create actionable steps that align with your goals. I have specific experience with queer and trans* individuals and those navigating fatphobia and diet culture. My practice is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and body liberation principles, offering a fat-positive, compassionate space for growth.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
