About My Clients

Here are some questions you might be asking yourself: “What is working within my current relationships? " What would healthy & holistic boundaries look like for us? " "What patterns are my partner(s) & I stuck in?" " What realities do we dream for our relationship(s)?" “How do I process harm?"How do I hold those who've hurt me accountable, even if I’ll never get an apology or changed behavior?" How do I process how others' histories, traumas or pain contributed to their harmful impact on me?

My Background and Approach

I have 6 years of experience supporting folks of a variety of identities, contexts & needs within a social service setting. I honor & continue to honor the space I share with those folks. It is directly from sharing life with them that has guided me here. I’m a therapist because life & oppressive systems create experiences, biases, & coping skills that don’t always reinforce that we matter. Therefore, my role is to support you & or your partner(s) as you create a meaningful life worth living. My goal is to be a consistent & collaborative support for my clients. Additionally, I value communicating with my clients with transparency, kindness & directness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all need a space to feel seen and heard. I believe that heteronormativity is limiting, and I love supporting my clients as they explore a life outside of its constrictions. I believe in continually constructing what anti-racist work means within yourself, your relationships and your community. I believe laughter and creativity belong in the therapy room.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
