My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in understanding and meeting you where you are. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore and address your concerns together. I integrate mindfulness practices and a humanistic perspective to foster a deep connection and help you build resilience. Using techniques from my experience as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I also incorporate practices that enhance self-awareness and emotional balance. My goal is to challenge societal norms that may be impacting your well-being and to empower you through a relational, empathetic, and adaptive approach.

With extensive experience in community mental health and a background as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I bring a unique blend of mindfulness and practical support to my practice. I advocate for justice and inclusivity, always striving to enhance the unique attributes of each person I work with. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, emotion regulation concerns, self-worth issues, mood disorders, substance use disorders, or are seeking harm reduction strategies, I offer a warm and capable presence to support you confidently and with a touch of humor.
