I always utilize a trauma informed lens when engaging with clients, no matter the person or situation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Although I have worked in different sectors, human connection has always been at the root of my career and helping others has always been a deep-seated motivation. I’ve always been an immensely compassionate person, and I hold a deep curiosity about people, their relationships, and the full scope of our human experience. I recognize that the career of a Therapist is a privilege; to sit with you at your most vulnerable time, and then witness your growth. This is not something I take for granted. I believe “change is change.” Whether that’s changing maladaptive communication patterns in your relationship, or making a hard phone call you’ve been putting off for three months. We will always celebrate your wins; a step forward is meaningful, no matter how small. My ultimate goal is for my clients to have a warm, engaging, and safe therapy experience. My clients can expect me to be sincere, authentic, direct, and consistent. You’re not alone on this journey.
