I believe that true healing involves understanding the deep connection between our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. Together we will explore the root causes of the challenges you are facing. By working with your nervous system and body sensations, we can uncover and release behaviours and patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to support you in finding new ways of being that promote balance, peace and self awareness.
My Background and Approach
With a background in psychology and energy healing (for example Reiki and Chakra Balancing), we will dive deep into what is holding you back and create space for new healthier patterns to emerge. Whether you are a high powered individual striving for work-life balance, dealing with anxiety, relationship issues or (C)PTSD, I am here to help you navigate your journey towards a more integrated and empowered self. My approach is warm and collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn them and replace them with healthy ones. I welcome individuals from all walks of life who are eager to deepen their connection with themselves and unlock new insights and pathways to healing.
