About My Clients

Life can throw so many curve balls at us leading to uncertainty, pain, and hardship. The world can give us so many messages telling us that we are not worthy, we must take up less space, or we are not deserving of having our needs met. When you get to the point where you're ready to face it all and start healing, I'm here for you.

My Background and Approach

I have 10+ years of specialized training and experience helping people recover from eating disorders and/or trauma. I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, Trauma-Informed, Intersectional Feminist and Anti-Oppressive framework. As an interpersonal process oriented clinician, my top priority is to foster a relationship with my clients built on trust & safety.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing and recovery is possible for anyone and everyone willing and ready to show up and do the work. It can be hard. And challenging. And really slow. Frustratingly slow at times (just trying to keep it real!), but it IS possible, and I will be there with you every step of the way with you as long as I can best serve your needs.
