About My Clients
I work with parents, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at their whit's end. Many of my clients are navigating parenting challenges, burnout, anxiety, or the impact of past experiences on their present lives. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, develop practical tools, and work toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, helping clients reconnect with themselves and those they care about most.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parent-focused approaches to support my clients. My background in education and child development informs my work with parents and families, helping them strengthen relationships and navigate challenges with confidence. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, or parenting stress, I tailor my approach to each client, ensuring therapy feels meaningful and effective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in the context of connection—whether with ourselves, our loved ones, or the support we seek. As a trauma-informed therapist, I approach each client with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experiences. I recognize how culture, identity, and systemic factors shape mental health and strive to create a space where all aspects of who you are feel seen and valued. My goal is to help clients break unhelpful cycles, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
