About My Clients
I support clients with a variety of concerns and life experiences. My experience includes supporting diverse individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, emotion regulation, and relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I have an integrative approach to therapy, which means I adapt the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each client. Some frameworks I pull from are systemic, narrative, relational, trauma-informed, and person-centered. It is important to me that therapy is a space where genuineness, directness, empathy, and sometimes humor can thrive. Overall, I aim to collaborate with you to identify and achieve your therapy goals. I offer all potential clients a free, 15-minute phone consultation to determine if I fit your needs. Please get in touch if you have any questions or are ready to begin working together. I look forward to hearing from you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the importance of having an affirming therapist. After almost a decade working in the education department of an art museum, I pursued a career in therapy to better support my community and provide meaningful help. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore your internal and external experiences. I believe therapy is collaborative and involves empowering clients' self-determination, being accountable and trustworthy, and recognizing cultural influences and differences. I'm honored to do this work and to witness profound change in my clients' lives.
