Perhaps you’ve used drugs or alcohol to "numb" your feelings of emptiness and insecurity around others. Maybe you’ve been told your whole life to lean into a belief system that no longer serves you and you are ready to explore more meaningful explanations on how to live your best life.
My Background and Approach
You are granted full permission to admit that the unexpected changes life has thrown your way has made you feel like shit, and you are ready for something different. You are ready to find new ways to deal with daily stressors and reconnect with others. You are ready to uncover the muck of your past to feel lighter and free. Maybe you’ve been rolling with the same old narrative you learned early on, and it doesn’t feel authentically you. I know it can feel intimidating to reach out. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support gender, sexual, and relationship diversity and provide open-minded care in a safe space that acknowledges and celebrates each person’s unique abilities and challenges. I believe that Black lives matter, that love is love, that no human is illegal, that women’s rights are human rights, and that all bodies are beautiful.
