About My Clients
Making the decision to begin Psychotherapy can be difficult. "Am I really crazy?", "My family wants me to go" or "The last time I went it was useless," are typical obstacles that prevent someone from scheduling the first session. Therapy is making the first step towards improved self-awareness. I point out to clients that therapy becomes a consistent safe place, away from their busy schedules, to focus solely on yourself. When this happens, people are often suprised at what they discover.
