I focus on the whole person - not just the food/nutrition piece. I help clients learn to give themselves permission to eat (also the title of my book) enjoyable foods - not just what they "should" eat/not eat (All foods are ok), while making sure the client moves forward comfortably and sustainably. I work with people from all walks of life, religion, race, gender, and sexual orientation, focusing on compassion and evidence-based science.
