About My Clients
My clients are open to tackling life stress and past trauma through a holistic lens. They view therapy as a collaborative effort and feel empowered to make changes in their life.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in evidenced-based trauma informed services utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) interventions. I also utilize Play Therapy and Art Therapy approaches. I utilize different treatment modalities to treat the whole person and am open to learning new practices to best match my clients' needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Bismarck/Mandan native who finds joy in connecting with and strengthening our community. I was previously a board member for Invisible Innocense, a nonprofit aimed to meet the needs of survivors of human trafficking. I also am a co-founder for Bismarck Birth Circle, an organization aimed to hold space for women to share their birth experiences.
