About My Clients
Many of my clients describe feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. This can manifest as perfectionism, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and an inability to make changes or decisions. I work best with people who are curious and open to learning about themselves and their relationships to all areas of life. I help individuals with an array of challenges, including anxiety, substance use and recovery, trauma, sexuality and gender, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, residential and outpatient programs, therapeutic boarding schools, and hospitals. Most recently, I was the Clinical Director of a residential substance use program serving adolescents and their families. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina.
