About My Clients
My primary focuses with my clients are trauma, as well as PTSD and mood disorders. I encourage my clients to listen to their body in order to bring healing to the mind. I enjoy working with individuals of all kinds of different backgrounds, but especially those who feel weighed down by everyday life. Whether you’re one who is overwhelmed by the monotony of everyday life, or have had some trauma to work through - I may just be the right fit for you!
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in the State of Oklahoma as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. I have been licensed since 2021 and have a background in both case management and therapy. My the tools that I provide you with will help you to cope with unexpected circumstance, as well as day to day life that can sometimes seem daunting. My goal for my clients is to give them at least 5 tools that they have trialed throughout our time working together and have proven effective in times of distress for that specific individual. I am extremely client centered, as well as open-minded. You’re the driver of the car, I am just the passenger. The car goes as fast or as slow as you want it too. This doesn’t mean however, that you won’t be pushed or challenged at the same time. I use resources that most already have at home and incorporate various forms of media into my practice - so no matter your background- you can benefit!
