About My Clients
I mentor BCBAs, teachers, group home providers. and others who are looking for support in implementing neurodiversity-affirming practices. I consult with parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children looking to support them with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and self-advocacy. I see clients who are interested in using ACT and mindfulness to increase psychological flexibility.
My Background and Approach
My treatment philosophy is deeply rooted in celebrating neurodiversity and creating an environment where learners, clients, and families are empowered to live authentically. Central to my approach is the cultivation of self-advocacy skills, as well as nurturing total communication. I am dedicated to equipping individuals and families with the essential tools to effectively communicate their needs, preferences, and boundaries. By tailoring interactions to enhance security, self-expression, and meaningful connection, I aim to support agency and autonomy for everyone I support. My goal is to empower learners, clients and families to navigate their unique paths and move toward their own goals and aspirations.
