About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I provide support to those seeking to improve their emotional regulation, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and enhance their overall quality of life. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.
My Background and Approach
My formal education is multi-disciplinary, which provides a unique mix of training and perspective that I draw upon when working with clients. After earning a bachelor’s degree in animal science, I graduated with a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and again with a doctorate degree in supervision, curriculum, & instruction – higher education, specializing in psychology. I also hold a master's in nutrition, as I am very interested in nutritional psychology and continue to spend a great deal of time studying the role nutrition plays in mental and physical health. My therapeutic approach integrates humanistic, cognitive, behavioral, and solution-focused techniques, tailored to each client's unique needs.
