I work with adults and couples of various sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship dynamics, and lifestyles. I’m sex-positive, kink-allied, and gender-affirming, and I specialize in support couples where one partner is on the spectrum. While in session, I invite you to share via musical or artistic mediums as desired.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I was a voice teacher. I quickly realized my students wanted more than a voice lesson: they craved a safe place to express their feelings. So I felt called to give people a comforting environment to embody, explore, and learn about themselves without judgment or shame.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You may struggle to understand or share your authentic self without rejection or shame. You might want to identify and advocate for your needs and desires. Or maybe you are going through a stormy season in your relationship and can’t keep it afloat. You are searching for safety, guidance, and tools to navigate life’s challenges without losing sight of who you are and where you want to go. And I’m here to provide them. Healing is a work of art. While it’s challenging to face your canvas, with patience, curiosity, and a gentle touch, you can become mindful of your beauty and areas of growth to create a meaningful transformation. I help adults gain awareness and skills to cope with hardship. I also support couples to communicate, set boundaries, and meet their needs, including those where one partner is on the spectrum. My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, polyamory, kink, and BDSM friendly. I offer space to express, explore, and learn about your whole self to find ease.
