About My Clients
My therapy space is one where you can feel safe to express yourself. I work with children and adults and believe that our time together should be one where you don’t have to explain yourself or your identities. I enjoy helping clients find self-love and a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. I provide generalist services dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress related to life transitions, with a special focus on individuals who are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and LGBTQ+.
My Background and Approach
In 2023, I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently an LPC Associate supervised by Lori Martin, LPC-S. I have years of experience working in many different roles in the mental health space and use that experience to better inform how I work with clients. I've spent extensive time working with the neurodivergent community and feel equipped to help support and understand needs of Autistic and ADHD individuals. Additionally, my work in the LGBTQ community has given me unique experience that helps to provide a safe space for all. I tend to take a humanistic approach in which I can adapt to client needs to provide individual care.
