My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative style, incorporating relational, somatic and practical strategies depending on your unique needs. For over a decade I have worked with the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents, young adults and adults regarding family & relationship issues, transitions, career stress/burnout, self image, anxiety, depression and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work in an affirming and collaborative approach, finding a balance between holding a space where you can begin to truly hear yourself and providing direct feedback when helpful.
