About My Clients
Do you have a hard time doing for you? Is it easier for you to do things and go above and beyond for others? Do you find yourself constantly connecting with mental health Tik Toks or Reels but also have no idea where to start? I am the therapist for you. Our world is constantly changing and often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lonely. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Together we can work to find ways to refill that cup.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I am receiving current training in mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy, Gottman theory for relationships, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have struggled with boundary challenges, substance use, depression, anxiety, divorce/relationship breakdown and attachment issues. I am currently building my work with the LGBTQ2IA+ community and am very excited to continue my support of this community.
