About My Clients
You may avoid activities, people, or places you value, struggle to attend to the present moment due to distressing internal experiences, or get stuck in repetitive thoughts or behaviors you can't seem to disrupt. Whether you already know that OCD is at play or are wondering if it might be, please reach out.
My Background and Approach
I’ve received extensive training in a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) called exposure and response prevention (ERP), which is the cornerstone of my approach with OCD. I practice with warmth, creativity, and a thoughtful and curious attention to your story. Together we’ll tailor a treatment plan to your particular needs and goals, staying flexible and adapting over time as we see fit. While I specialize in OCD, you are bringing your whole self to therapy, and I am happy to work with you on any additional and intersecting concerns that I am qualified to address – just ask.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view mental health through a systemic lens, knowing that each person does not exist in a vacuum but is carrying their own unique set of experiences, environments, and socio-cultural identities, and is differentially impacted by systems of oppression. I believe in every human being’s inherent worth and potential for growth, and am honored to support amazing clients as they make meaningful changes in their lives.
