About My Clients
Have you ever gotten to a point in your life where you feel overwhelmed, lost, fearful or insecure? Have you felt like the waves of depression, anxiety or PTSD have consumed your everyday life? What about the constant negative self-talk that makes you feel trapped? I have deep compassion for people who struggle with their thoughts and emotions, whether it is a chronic situation or due to a significant life event.
My Background and Approach
I am a firm believer that our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Our bodies, at both the mental and physical level, constantly needs refueling, recharging, relaxation and healing. We all deserve happiness, peace and a quality life. We all come from different walks of life and I believe that our experiences shape our worldview. My passion is to meet people where they are in life and help guide them to the path of healing and tranquility. If there is an individual goal(s), then I help with motivation and improving self-esteem with tools you can use on a daily basis. I work a lot with reflection, seeing things from a different point-of-view (only if helpful to my clients) and taking a collaborative approach, as I want my client to be in total control of their wants/needs.
