In our work together, we’ll focus on harm reduction, practical coping strategies, and developing solutions to help you regain balance and find peace in your life.

With 10 years of experience working with ADHD clients in education, I help individuals embrace their unique strengths while navigating the challenges of an ADHD diagnosis. Together, we can address areas like executive functioning, impulse control, and other obstacles that may arise in daily life.
