My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy being a part of people's healing and growth. I bring caring, experience, skill, and mindfulness to each session. Everyone is living out their Life's Story one moment at a time. I believe that we are on a daily quest to discover what has Heart and Meaning for us, and do our best to live into whatever that may be for each of us - that is the essence what "DayQuest Life" means. We don't have to be perfect, because we are perfectly human - living out our part along the diverse spectrum of the human experience on the precious Earth. I consider it a privilege to be a part of that journey with the people with whom I work. I grow from each experience, as a therapist, and as a person. I enjoy this vocation. I am very grateful for the opportunity. I view activism as empowerment. I have been active in eco-social-economic justice issues for many years. There is power in presence. Each can choose how and how much we show up - together. This Moment Matters. I am also an avid cyclist!
