About My Clients

My ideal client is ready to share their experiences, even if they’re unsure where to start. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can truly be yourself. My client-centered approach focuses on what matters most to you, at your pace. Above all, I strive to build a strong, trusting relationship where you feel seen and heard. If you're ready to open up, I’m here to listen.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master’s Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University and have been working as a therapist since 2021. I’m an eclectic therapist who uses a person-centered approach, focusing on building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel seen and heard. I recently joined a new private practice, where I’m excited to continue supporting clients on their journeys. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, complicated family dynamics, boundary setting, communication skills, and social anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for growth and healing. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but reaching out is a powerful move toward positive change. Your story matters, and I’d love to hear from you—don’t hesitate to reach out.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and pride myself on providing gender and identity-affirming care. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can truly be themselves is at the heart of my practice. I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected, regardless of their identity or background. In addition to my commitment to LGBTQIA+ support, I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have been an advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement and champion women’s autonomy. My goal is to empower clients by honoring their experiences and fostering a sense of belonging.
