About My Clients
Are you or your child struggling with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? Are you dealing with a stressful life transition and need support? I can help! I provide virtual therapy to children 8+, teens, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, perinatal mood issues, attention difficulties, behavior issues, trauma, and grief/loss. I'm also a mom of 3 and enjoy helping parents navigate parenthood and work/life balance.
My Background and Approach
My main approach is person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert of your own life and my role is to support you in moving towards positive change. I use cognitive-behavioral therapies to help clients change negative patterns and learn to better cope with life stressors. I also incorporate solution-focused therapy, which focuses on moving forward and helps you develop the goals and action steps that will get you where you want to be. Whether your goal is to have a place to process your worries, learn new coping skills, or to feel like yourself again, I can help! We will work together to create a plan to help you reach your goals. When we meet, you can expect to be welcomed into a space where you can be yourself, find hope, and feel fully supported in working towards growth and healing.
