About My Clients

I help young adults with difficult life transitions, identity development, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family discords, as well as stress related to race, gender and sexuality. I aim to support you in self discovery and guide you in navigating life challenges. I strive to create and provide a space that is compassionate, supportive and collaborative. I value working with clients from a diverse background and cultural identities.

My Background and Approach

My work is person centered. I help facilitate your self exploration and acceptance, and lead you towards healing and growth. I tailor my approach towards each individual’s needs, using cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and strength based therapy. I advocate for young adults, especially those who are marginalized.
