I'm trained in dialectical behavior therapy, and I have experience with CBT, CPT, and solution focused therapy. I utilize a person-centered, solutions-focused approach and aim to provide a safe space filled with kindness, compassion, and validation, while looking for solutions to whatever it is that caused you to reach out.
