I specialize in working with young adults, women, and non-binary individuals as they navigate the tough spots in life, intending to reunite them with their true selves.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed as an LMHC in New York State. I am passionate about helping people work through difficult times in life, whether it be identity exploration, life transitions, or longer-lasting mental health concerns. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, gender and sexuality, eating disorders, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process, and I look forward to meeting you!
