Maybe you are experiencing a major life transition. Maybe you have tried lots of things but it still feels like something is missing. Maybe you had a recent transition like a relationship change, a work change, or a move. I'd love to accompany you on your journey and help you achieve more ease and happiness.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on helping you feel safe and being able to see your strengths. I want you to find more freedom in your life and more happiness in your relationships. I am comfortable using many different types of therapy and mostly use: Narrative Therapy techniques (finding a more compassionate story about yourself and the world), and Somatic Therapy techniques (focus on the mind-body connection). I have lots of ways we can work together to help relieve stress, grieve a loss, or find strength after a breakup.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person has the inner wisdom that they need to move forward. Let me help you grow that positive voice that you have inside of you, and find ways to let go of old patterns that aren't helpful anymore. I have learned a lot from my spiritual practices. If you have a spiritual practice, please know that you are welcome to talk about this in therapy.
