About My Clients
Natasha wants to help high-achieving professionals, especially those who belong to marginalized groups, process their identity issues, burnout anxieties, relationship dynamics and more.
My Background and Approach
After over a decade of working at big Tech companies, and struggling with burnout, anxiety, and depression, Natasha realized she found more fulfillment and passion in learning and teaching others about mental health. Her dual identity as an Indian American led her to explore cultural identity issues and family dynamics to heal her own childhood wounds and helped her realize that she wants to help others do the same. Areas of practice include: Identity Issues, Bi-cultural Family Dynamics, Adult Child and Parent Relationship Issues, Racial Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Women’s Issues, Loneliness, Low Self-Esteem, Personal Growth, Grief & Loss (including Pet Loss), Relationships and Marital Issues, Career Transitions/Stressors, Neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism).
