As a clinician experienced working with children with ADHD, I have confidence working with parents to improve parent-child relationships and implement strategies to help with behavioral concerns. I've been trained in multiple models of parenting programs and have seen success delivering it in individual and group settings. I seek to meet families where they are by tailoring treatment to support you and your family's needs.

I'm neurodivergent-welcoming, having worked with plenty of children, teens, and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD. My clinical training had a large focus on evidence-based strategies for kids with ADHD. That being said, I recognize everyone's needs for an ADHD-competent therapist may look different. Whether you're a parent seeking to help your child with skills or maybe an adult that just needs someone that gets you and have other needs to address, I'm confident I can help.

In working with anxiety, I work to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their current and past struggles with anxiety and collaboratively work together to find a way forward. I have experience working with different types of anxiety (ex: social, generalized, panic) and also have been trained in different treatment approaches (CBT/ACT/Mindfulness) proven to help reduce anxious thoughts and cope with physical symptoms associated with anxiety.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a third-wave behavioral therapy seeking to help clients take steps towards a more fulfilling life. In working together from an ACT perspective, we would focus on identifying your core values and committing to value-aligned actions. Gradual, small steps can add up to sustainable, long-term change!

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on the connections among our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It's considered the gold standard therapeutic approach for depression, anxiety, and a range of other mental health related concerns. In working together from a CBT perspective, we not only learn and practice skills to help change this cycle, but we also explore how and why these patterns may have come to be and learn how CBT works to help us create change.

Over the years I've helped many women and girls build their confidence to take on the world. Societal pressures wear women down. It starts young. We are often in roles where we are caregivers for our loved ones and are expected to help everyone else (sometimes at the expense of our own well-being). At any age, we may be made to feel less valuable than we truly are by toxic situations at school, work, or in relationships. I'm here to help you shine in your own light and protect your peace.
