About My Clients
I work with people who are dealing with stress, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Some are afraid they are "not good enough", and struggle with people pleasing. Others have a hard time figuring out who they are and what they want in life. My job is to help you manage stress, improve relationships, find out your wants and needs, and gain more self-confidence. The first step is to get a sense of one each other, in order to gain comfort and figure out what interventions will work best.
My Background and Approach
What I've found to be most effective is building confidence, providing support and healing, through talking about the issues. I use different approaches, such as relationaI and psychodynamic psychotherapies, CBT and etc. I provide a compassionate and understanding environment, that allows us to move towards healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
This is an incredibly difficult time period of time, and it can be an act of self-love and compassion to ask for support. My goal is to help you navigate the situations causing you trouble and discomfort, and move closer healing and happiness. I encourage you to reach out if you think we are a good fit.
