About My Clients
Clients come to me in order to deal with sensitive issues. They are looking for a safe space to examine sexual and relationship difficulties, as well as individual struggles with sex, executive functioning, or family of origin trauma. Through collaborating, learning, and challenging themselves, clients find a space to heal and gain tangible solutions they can use to transform their lives.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to provide a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your personal or relational difficulties. I offer insight and tools that you can use to change and heal your relationships and sex life. Through collaborating, we will explore patterns, thoughts, desires, and the obstacles standing in your way from satisfaction. I work from an eclectic approach, incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, existentialism, attachment work, sex therapy, and trauma-informed care. I received my Master of Arts from New York University and gained a post master's certificate at George Washington University. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. My practice believes deeply in inclusivity and is poly/kink/LGBTQ+ friendly. I truly believe that no matter how discouraged you have become, there is hope in building the life and relationships that you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I care deeply about equality, inclusion, and respect for marginalized voices. I am an advocate and volunteer for social justice causes and a strong believer in life long learning. While I may be imparting my knowledge to help others, I am constantly gaining education and inspiration from my resilient clients.
