My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everything I do is informed by the pursuit of 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, feminism, Harm Reduction, liberation psychology, disability justice, and decriminalizing mental health. Most often, you can expect me to show up with humor, deep compassion, curiosity, candor, and directness. People innately possess the tools necessary to navigate a full life. I trust in your skills, your innate knowledge of your needs, and your capacity for growth. My role is to help tap into what you already know, identify the patterns you may want to shift, and develop a greater trust in yourself to enact change. Our work together will help remove barriers, resolve ambivalence, and strengthen your relationship with yourself.
