In my practice, I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients who have experienced trauma, struggle with anger management, self-criticism, self-blame, depression, anxiety, and/or identify within the LGBTQIA community. My Background and Approach
As a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2011, I specialize in mindfulness, self-awareness, self-regulation, and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I meet my clients where they are, tailoring therapy to their unique needs and goals. By integrating mindfulness practices and fostering self-awareness, I guide individuals in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
