Hi, I’m Paige! I help deep-feeling people navigate overwhelm, ADHD, and disordered eating with self-compassion and curiosity.

About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and often their own worst critics. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, or feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt and burnout. Many have a complicated relationship with food and body image, while others are neurodivergent, navigating a world that doesn't feel made for them. I specialize in disordered eating, body image, ADHD/AuDHD, anxiety, and supporting highly sensitive people in building self-compassion.

My Background and Approach

Every person deserves a space to process emotions without fear of judgment. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can show up fully as yourself and grow into your most authentic self. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education and Sociology and my Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University, a CACREP-accredited program that upholds rigorous clinical training standards. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed School Counselor (SCL), giving me additional expertise in working with adolescents. As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens in connection. I feel honored to witness my clients' stories and help them cultivate self-compassion. My approach is rooted in non-stigmatizing, compassion-focused modalities, including Social Justice/Feminist Theory, Parts Work, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brainspotting.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I strive to cultivate a compassionate, affirming space where all identities are recognized and valued. I welcome the diverse and intersectional experiences of race, gender, size, age, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, citizenship status, ethnicity, spirituality, religion, and ability. My practice is rooted in Health at Every Size®, Body Trust®, neurodiversity-affirming, fat-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, harm reduction, trauma-responsive, and anti-oppressive frameworks. I also recognize there is always more to learn. My commitment is to provide a safe, nurturing space grounded in trauma-informed care and autonomy—because you are the expert of your own lived experience.
