About My Clients
One of the main reasons people come to therapy is to help manage their anxiety. People who experience anxiety are sensitive to and aware of the energy around them, so they often appreciate my approach to therapy as we dive into the energies they are feeling. When people experience high levels of anxiety, they are frequently in touch with themselves and are able to listen to what their body is telling them.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm guided by the idea that people possess the inner resources for growth and healing. I try to measure wellbeing rather than suffering by identifying and building on what is best - individual strengths. I tend to develop interventions based on spiritual needs, character strengths, and virtues rather than only focusing on weaknesses. I want to help my clients see the grit and perseverance that lies within them.
